Veterans day is an american holiday as well (aka no mail tomorrow)....11am, hope to still be sleeping at that time, but I will try to snore quietly.

I saw xmas stuff up in September (long before even halloween stuff)....so having it up in early november is meh....christmas tunes, ok they are the best thing left for xmas (cant have the food, and when you'all are parents you will understand about why I believe its all comercialized and JUST FOR KIDS...).

my mail again seems to not be coming to my house, I have been waiting for a dvd since july....the company has sent it twice so far...so I said, send it with a siggie required--I SHOULD get it. sigh.

well, if your even a litle into military history (I know not all) the 11 nov 1918 was the day the cease fire agrement to take place during world war 1.

Since then, In Canada at least, its the day we take a few minutes to thank and honor our fallen soldier, from back then and from today. For us its the rememberance day, you guys might know it as veteran day

Oh right... ever since I got to college I have forgotten when all of those holidays are... Since I only get major holidays off... AKA Thanksgiving and then "Winter Break" (Christmas), don't even get Easter off. Our Spring Break is the middle of March.

yeah in college we barely got anything off, heck high school was the same way as it was not public (and we didnt get good friday off since it was part of our spring break then)....
thanksgiving was 2 days in college seeing as it was closed to the end of the first quarter---and xmas was only 2 weeks (just like in high schools)....but alas augie got rid of the quarter system awhile back and is now on the 5-1-5

so I have no idea what the holiday scheme is now for them.

my oldest nephews bday is day after tomorrow ....he will be 27, geez I remember him as an infant

I got a laptop for my....well, my godfather didn't see me for a few years so he surprised me with it ^^.
Dunno if it can run GW, I'm installing it and it looks like it could, but downloading 20,000 files at 20 kb/sec is kind of annoying....

Yay for a day off tomorrow and maybe more because many people might go on strike due to something about...idk what....

Well the first one I caught I got "rid of him lol. Meaning I drove far far away and let him go. Was ganna do the same to this one but he got out of the trap :S lol.

Ya tomorrow is ganna be a good day, ganna sleep in. But I gotta work on a project :S. That's so only downfall.

So I ordered a 4gb flash drive, ganna try and put gw on it and see if it works lol.

Way to fail at catching rodents.

Ya we get 3 days off for Thanksgiving this year. But we get a month off for Christmas but that is so they can do January Interim. Basically it is so they can smash a class that is suppose to take a whole semester into 2 weeks.

Ya you guys are kinda spoiled. I'm with snow on wishing I was as spoiled as the rest of you but meh. It happens.

Night time now. Tomorrow lab, class, flag football, meeting, death. Yay.
